okay, here's a real post. wear your black today (like i do most every day) for the NHL. today was supposed to be opening night for hockey season, but due to the disagreement between the players' union and the team owners, there will be no hockey in the U.S. for a while if at all this season. and my two favorite teams, the flyers and the lightning were supposed to face off tonight. darn it. m and i will just have to play on the xbox tonight, except i think we will be on opposing teams this time (he's still smarting from tampa's win over philly during the playoffs last season).
