i woke up way too early this morning and couldn't get back to sleep. i suppose my body is getting into an "early to bed, early to rise" routine, at least for part of the day. it would be nice if i didn't get sleepy in the middle of the day. i think that's partly a function of my allergies though. with all of the rain we have had this summer, the mold count is insanely high and it's killing me. it's one of the big reasons why m and i haven't done many outdoor activities this summer. i was in the back yard for 15 minutes the other day and had a massive sneezing attack as soon as i came inside.
move to the mid-atlantic, and experience the worst parts of all climates!
