i have done the unthinkable . . .
. . . i have switched to decaf.
over the past year or so, i have been trying to cut back on my caffeine intake. it's been a real roller coaster ride. eventually, i got down to drinking 1/2 cup of coffee in the morning. not much caffeine there. so it must be the taste. well, it works. i know it's all in my head, but the decaf now gets me going in the morning. ah, how wondrous are the ways we use to fool our bodies.
