i don't think i could have asked for a more perfect saturday. i slept until about 9:30 (late for me), had a relaxing morning, took the dogs for grooming (i can bathe them, but i'm no good at the nails), picked up a book for m at borders, and stopped at the grocery store before finally coming home.
the weather was gorgeous, and much cooler than it has been for a few weeks now. m and i had a nice lunch on our front porch and read some before picking up lucy and huygens. we grilled cheddarwurst for dinner (real healthy, i know), and watched game 3 of the stanley cup (another beating for tampa). all in all it was a very nice day. today is supposed to be rainy, so i guess we'll spend the day relaxing at home before heading out to the show tonight. and it's so great to not have to go to work tomorrow either. i haven't even thought about what we might do then, except maybe get together with my parents for some burgers.
