on the road again, back in jersey tonight. m went to baltimore yesterday. he'll be home wednesday; i'll be home friday. i hope that we don't keep this kind of schedule for long. i have one-week trips planned pretty much every month through june and a few scattered in the fall. we're not yet sure if m is going to be a weekly fixture in b-more (hope not). i know that other couples have to deal with this all the time, but it's not the best of conditions for us. and since today marks 9 months of wedded bliss for us, the fact that we're apart is especially painful.
we just have to make the most of the time we have together. not that we have anything else to occupy our "free time", but we are now going to maximize that time and spend as much attention on each other as possible.
maybe we're over-extending our "honeymoon" period. maybe everybody should do that.
i love you, spoons.
