so i bought a kellogg's special K bar, a "crunchy cereal bar with fruit pieces", at 7-11 this morning. the bar is supposed to be blueberry flavored, so you'd think the fruit pieces are dried blueberries. i didn't eat the bar yet, and i was just reading the label on the wrapper. here's what the fruit pieces are really made up of (remember that ingredients are listed in order of descending content): sugar, blueberry juice solids, cranberries, sunflower oil. i know the cranberries qualify as real fruit pieces, but it's a little misleading.
