my new bed rocks! or more importantly, it doesn't. my old frame was set on casters, so every time i would turn over at night, the whole bed would shake. and every couple of days, i would have to push the bed back into its proper place in the room. i slept better last night than i have in a long time, even after eating a huge meal for my sister's birthday.
oh yeah, my little sis is 21 now. it's kinda scary.
a bunch of us played kickball on saturday. there were 5 of us, and we found these 4 kids (maybe 9 years old) at the school where we played. maybe it was because it wasn't their idea to play the game, or maybe because they get to play kickball more often, but i don't think little kids are nearly as competitive as we "big kids" are. i mean, check out the kickball link above - i had no idea that there were people out there who took a playground game so seriously. if that's the case, i need to find the adult four square league.
